Management clearly underestimated the butt kickin, that we would all receive from the latest conversions, while submitting an application for a NASDAQ up listing. The timing of every thing appears to be terrible, but might just leave enough time to slide through, like Indiana Jones sliding underneath the closing wall in Raiders of the lost Arc.
