How can anyone believe this crap ?
Yep, he would fit very well in the 30's, speaking German.
Always thought that he has something to do with the military, the way he writes. Maybe he is/was a drill sergeant ?? LOL
Well, I did look again at the TOS, or T&C as they are called on Ihang.
Don't find anywhere that critical posts (AKA "bashing", "soft bashing" or "whining" on the poney board) are not allowed.
Funny how he's always referring to "they", implying he has nothing to do with the terms, while the "no bashing" are his own particular "TOS".
Here's what's not allowed according to IHO.
In bold is what IS allowed on the pony board though, in violation of the T&C. Essentially posts against "bashers", what else.
Contributions must not:
- contain any material which is defamatory of any person. (even Ihub bashers)
- contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory. (even against Ihub bashers)
- promote sexually explicit material.
- promote violence.
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
- infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
- be likely to deceive any person.
- be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
- promote any illegal activity.
- be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety. (even Ihub bashers)
- be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person. (even Ihub bashers)
- be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person. (you can be shure the fake tweets and recent "converted basher" posts using screen names from Ihub came from a regular on the NTEK board)
- give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case (the powerpony TOS).
- advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
