I don't think the BOD will remove Gerald as he is

I don't think the BOD will remove Gerald as he is the one who hand picked him. We have no idea what is happening behind the scenes. All we are seeing is the daily attack on the pps. If things are moving forward then the board won't do anything unless Gerald really screws up. While I am not exactly thrilled with Gerald and his loose over promising lips, I still think the company is making in roads and will prosper.
