The Inefficiency of Using Google Earth…
For those using Google Earth as the gospel to try to justify that the Jovita Mine doesn’t exist need to read this article that explains how it can take months or years for a good quality image to be taken by satellite even if you pay lots of money for it:

Also, by Google Support, they clearly explain below how although Google Earth displays the best available imagery, most of it is one to three years old. It explains how the information in Google Earth is collected over time and is not in real time. It also clearly states that it is not possible to see live changes in images:

This also explains back when I was a Logistics Officer in the US Air Force planning certain missions. For beddown operations, we knew that there were runways at certain locations fpr our planes to land even though they did not appear on Google Earth. If we would had believe what was visible on Google Earth, we would not had ever had executed certain missions from certain locations, especially during austere conditions.
By all means, I am not trying to knock Google Earth because it is definitely better than nothing. If someone see something that is there then fine, but if someone is trying to see if something is there… and it’s not, then that doesn’t mean that it isn’t there. This could be considered a very unwise thought based on the information provided in both links above.
Respectfully, insinuating that CRGP is not telling the truth about the existence of their operations at the Jovita Mine is incorrect in my opinion. Hopefully it can be seen that such way of thinking is flawed since basing such presumptions on what one can only see from Google Earth as being the gospel. I will continue to believe what the company has been filing within their financials.
I believe this research and thoughts courtesy of sage55, VortMax and MR.METICULOUS is very much correct and on point:
