Who is LT, after all?....or better yet: what is LT?
I did some investigating after first meeting the man they call "TheLieutenant"...while he had the full features of a grown adult male, I could tell there was something not quite right about him. I couldn't put my finger on it, but as he reached for the door of his car, I saw what could only be described as reptilian scales on his forearm...
