Exactly - it could see easily have been no cert redemption - I do not believe that they have to honor them but they have restated again today that they intend to.
It is not their top priority right now in a start-up company that's needs to secure it's proprietary intellectual property and concentrate on grabbing a share of the market with it's significantly differentiated offerings for the commercial / industrial customer [more about that in my summary later].
