Going to give the good and bad on this "stall tactic" over these certs
1st WE all should be thankful that DSUS is going to honor them, because that "stall tactic" could easily have been "no certs coming tactic" and there would not even be a discussion on the when we are going to get them and get paid. Blessed that they are still on the table and 100% confident here that certs are getting honored.
2nd WE have one person, getting 2,000 certs out, 250 the last count that was posted yet to be sent out, ONE PERSON doing this, chit happens to slow down process and btw, since they did not have to be honored in the first place, they may or may not be of the highest of priority and may be taking a back seat to a couple of other great DSUS happenings
