At the end of yesterday there were over 25k shares

At the end of yesterday there were over 25k shares either wash traded (the bid and ask were 1.61 and the didn't show as a buy) or sold under the bid. I think there was 3k at the bid of 1.60 and 5 blocks went through all less than 3k for 1.58 and 1.59..... I understand it is done to keep bigger investors away because it looks like selling rather than buying on their charts and they won't mess with it.
