As for the veracity of the 1996 ISI attorney's letter, it predates TMMI coming out of Bankruptcy with it's ownership intact of the various iterations of the early code as confirmed by the Bankruptcy Courts of California in June of 1999 so I believe your misconception of the validity of the said letter certainly taints your "supporting of the company".
