Maybe it's your memory that's flawed. Ten or 15 years ago is a long time, but I did receive a call from your phone number. I presumed the person was you. If you privately email me at my website I will give you that number.
As far as the much talked about ISI attorney letter, let me answer that this way. Say that when this lawsuit is over and if it is determined that TMMI never have had any code dating back to 1996 (and some shareholders knew this), then all of the enthusiasm and support from you and others on this board is then considered self-dealing?? We knew TMM had nothing, but the 29 TMMI shareholders gave their stock to Simpson for a loan to help the company that was going to be paid back in TMMI preferred stock. We never received those preferred shares. Read the lawsuit and you will see our history.
So for your answer, YES, but you use the term "actively promote". I say, as you guys say here, that I was "supporting the company".
The majority of shareholders believe what the company puts out; it would be a shame if they are proven to be wrong.
