- 2015-08-17 Toronto Acknowledgment of Receipt received from applicant (by fax) the respondent (by electronic mail) with respect to Oral Direction of Prothonotary Milczynski dated August 17/15 placed on file on 17-AUG-2015
- 2015-08-17 Toronto Oral directions received from the Court: Martha Milczynski, Prothonotary dated 17-AUG-2015 directing that I have reviewed the letter fom counsel for the respondent dated July 22/15 and the letter from counsel for the Applicant dated August 4, 2015, both of which were brought to the Court's attention today (August 17/15). It appears that the matters relating to service of a hard copy of the Applicants affidavit and filing of proof of service have been resolved, but each party seeks the Court's guidance on when the time should commence to run for the service of the Respondent's affidavit(s).
