This is rediculous. Why are we left to wonder if the vote determines uplisting? Why are we having to beg fellow shareholders to vote? Where is our CEO? Where is management? Why are they not explaining any of this if its a make it or break it situation. Gerald's last comunication to shareholders (other than the few that could fly to NY to attend the sh meeting) were frustrated tweets saying they were going to address "real shareholder's questions" at the sh meeting... Were they addessed? Who knows other than those that attended, and his tweet blaming SH for the price. Seriously? I have lost all faith in our CEO. He has gone MIA on his long term SH's such as myself who trusted him and stayed invested based on his promises. Maybe he and the rest of management should have bought more on the open market so we could get this vote passed. Now WE are begging and scrambling trying to get sh to vote. Why arent they!? Not a word from them. This makes no sense.
