First of all, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE there was any dilution on KMAG. Investors simply just took some profit, some stop losses kicked in and after the run up KMAG has had lately, a downturn is expected. That is why I posted "KMAG on sale." Investors would probably do good to get in LOW and sell HI on KMAG. And comparing KMAG and APII is like comparing apples and oranges imo.
Regarding APII, something is just not right. FOR YOUR INFORMATION, I OWN 5000 shares of APII. I've been in it a couple of months. The profit one can make on this one is considerably less than one like KMAG simply because of the PPS. I bought APII at $.14. If it goes to $.20, I make $300. I've literally made thousands on KMAG because I bought 500,000 shares at .0012 and now have "free" shares!
Now, APII issued a statement today that they are proceeding with the merger. You'd think this one would go up in anticipation, especially since the merger is with a company that is a significant revenue producing company. YET, APII WENT DOWN! That tells me that somebody doesn't have confidence in the the merger right now. Of course, that can change. Sure this is the kind of stock you can hold for another 45 days and see what happens, but as a swing trader, I look for REAL profits in days or weeks like KMAG has done. Over the past few weeks, APII has gone to $.20 and than right back down to under $.11.
So you can pump all you want on APII (the OTHER board is loaded with posters who do just that!) but until this makes a meaningful move in light of the upcoming merger, I wouldn't mislead other investors here with your quickie posts.
nuff said!
