I'm not going to lie, I will sell 10% of my holdings @ $20 (to shut my wife up lol). But will hold onto the rest for the big payout. If this was your company and you know you are worth a lot more, you would not even entertain that thought.
Remember the former company who owned ESS at one point was valued at over $1billion (closer to $1.5B) for the asset. Think about it.
