I just voted a again even though my TD account shows my voting done on 7/31.
When the shm announcement was initially made, I emailed the company to see if there would be a formal announcement to shareholders regarding the new share structure to be voted on. No reply. All I can think is something big is going on and whether it's good or not, it cannot be made public at this time.
