Scott, why would he be gone? He didn't send out the proxies late, in fact he had nothing to do with that. This is on whoever made the decision to send out proxies two weeks before a vot instead of Four. But this is also on shareholders who got their proxies prior to today and didn't take the 5 min it takes to vote.
