Stevia Corp. Provides Update on 10-K Filing
INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwired - Aug 3, 2015) - Stevia Corp. (OTC PINK: STEV) ("Stevia Corp" or the "Company"
, an international farm management company and healthcare company focused on the commercial development of products that support a healthy lifestyle, including stevia and hemp and their compounds is providing an update for its pending 10-K filing.
The Company's annual 10-K filing for the fiscal year period ending March 31, 2015 was due to be filed on June 30, 2015. The Company filed for an extension, which provided until July 29, 2015 to file the 10-K, but the Company failed to file within the extension period and was moved to the OTC Pink Sheets on July 30, 2015. If the Company files its 10-K within 30 days of the date of removal (by August 29, 2015), the OTCQB will automatically readmit the Company for trading on the next business day and otherwise the Company will be required to submit a new OTCQB Certification for review and approval.
Management is not aware of material matters that will prevent the 10-K from being filed by August 29th, 2015 and expects to be current in its filings during the month of August.
