the only restricted stock CWRN reportedly had was held by the Cotton family and much later perhaps Geo- e.g Emilys restricted 50M shared hard cert was transferred to Geo as per an exhibit of CWRN's complaint-which alleged Geo had prematurely sold maybe 150M? CWRN shares restricted by agreement w CWRN
but Geo was not even introduced to CWRN when the June 2009 oppenheimer transaction occurred.
so it remains a mystery as to where the small amount of supposedly restricted stock came from in the june 2009 boca raton oppenheimer transaction-and since CWRN reportedly issued no opinion letters re restricted stock CWRN would logically not be held legally accountable for some unknown free agent trying to pull the wool over oppenheimers eyes (or maybe it was an innocent party who received shares not from CWRN itself and didnt know the rules)
it was opps responsibility to verify any shares they released into the general population were free trading by checking dates and opinion letters(of which there were reportedly none) etc
