nothing about the illegal chill makes sense
even if the small 12-26-08 stock issuance necessary to pay CWRN expenses of 15k/qtr were restricted CWRN reportedly did not issue any opinion letters re any restricted stock so CWRN could not logically be held liable for any such sold to oppenheimer
and SEC after going thru CWRN waste baskets and transfer agent records could not find any wrongdoing by CWRN so a judge dismissed all charges against CWRN from the sec complaint
so there is no logical or legal reason to restrict CWRN stock due to some supposed ca $8400 of restricted stock released by oppenheimer into the general population- that would be opps mistake and they just payed a fine and went on w their business as big business does-
it wasnt CWRN's fault and certainly not longs fault- except for the guy who presented supposedly restricted stock to opp-but since reportedly cwrn did not issue restricted stock-and dd seems to back that up-where in the filteration tarship did supposedly restricted stock come from????
this would be like preventing the cashing/use of all existing usa greenbacks just because some counterfeit money was out there-as it always is
