He can sue whoever he wants. Competition is the name of the game in any business, any sector and across all markets. He won't get far. HJOE has a completely different product, without the caffeine crash. If it tastes good and it's marketed right, it won't take 5HE loyalists away. What it could do is challenge the status quo and take a piece of the action. With a company like HJOE, they don't need a big piece of the pie, they only need a bite. That's neither here nor there now though, as they aren't current and much is protected by NDA. What would be nice to know is HOW much product they actually have. Is it being mass produced and are they continuing to work on fins. The problem is that they've given the IHUB buzzards fuel for the fire; self-inflicted wounds are the worst type to recover from. I definitely see HJOE as a safe roll of the dice on a few K, but nothing more right now. The whales will come if they attack that yield sign and get current.
