IF AT ANY POINT MNGG HAS AN RS, THE A/S AND O/S WILL COME DOWN TOGETHER. IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE % OF OWNERSHIP YOU OR ANYONE ELSE HAS. PERIOD!
I just went through the same thing with another penny stock. AMBS
