Who here has owned .0001 stocks over the years? Here is how an RS works on these:
You have AS/OS of 2 bil. You invest $1,000 and have 10 mil shares. Stock is at .0001
Scam CEO R/S’s 10:1…..OS only…they NEVER split the AS….NEVER.
Now AS 2 bil and OS 200mil. Stock at .001. Your $1K is still $1K and you now have 1 mil. Shareholders pissed, start dumping like mad. Next thing you know…stock back to .0001 and your $1K is now $100.
CEO dilutes (the WHOLE PURPOSE OF R/S on .0001’s cuz now the Scammer has 900MILLION shares to dump (remember they cost him NOTHING TO R/S) and he or she banks. You lost $900. Even if you “average down” back to your original 10 million shares you now invested $1,900 to get back to where you were when you had $1K invested. IT SCREWS SHAREHOLDERS PERIOD.
THAT IS HOW IT WORKS END OF STORY…and the cycle continues. I am right, that is how it goes.
NO PERSON ON THE SIDELINES IS ATTRACTED TO A LOWER SS OBTAINED BY AN R/S.
