Sorry jay. but I'm done with IHUB and their ridiculous censorship of pro-tmmi posters and I have no interest in engaging Panik and reading his sanitized version of events.
There is ongoing litigation and full discovery to take place and I'll leave it up to TMMI's very capable legal team to ask the questions as I believe this will be the only way for the whole sordid truth to finally come out. No more chat room nonsense. It's time for a court of law to deal with what I believe has been a travesty with what has happened with TMMI's proprietary code.
TMMI is moving forward with their new rewritten code that is unencumbered by the legacy code and whatever bullshit patents they claim to have. I suggest everyone else do the same as I have, and not allow the discussion of TMMI to be controlled by Panik and his cronies any longer. Contrary to what the Dimented Ones may have you believe, the litigation between TMMI and Dimension will not prevent TMMI from successfully whatever deals they may have before them.
There really are much more important issues to discuss, such as the status of potential military contracts or the ongoing manipulation of TMMI's stock by a much more imposing and dangerous adversary.
Interesting times ahead indeed.
