No I don't believe its a share selling scam. Talari bought almost 10,000,000 shares on the open market over the last year, the whole list is in one of my earlier posts listing the prices he paid I think he paid .04 for some of them and then averaged down.
The law suite they have for IP, patent and trademark infringment will be a drag, lawyers are expensive.
I was not here for the UVAP divi, I don't know if they passed out the Divi or not, there has not been as S1 as far as I know.
I did get the divi for futurland, here again waiting on the S1. They do have a revenue stream but here again they switched auditors at the very last second so 10-Q and maybe the 10-K will be delayed.
the bif IFs, if they file the S1s, if they show decent revenue growth, if the lawsuite goes well, then.....personaly I put all my play money in this co. its mice nuts really, less than 10K but IF all the IFs pan out I will definetly be smiling...
