thanks for the response, I have spent the last several days scouring all the 8-Ks, 10-K and 10-Q, along with all the material on FB. I slogged thru all the IHUB posts back to March of 2015, the message boards on Yahoo as well.
There is a lot of trash there but I have found no where that you have provided information on the questions I have posted here.
In the early stages of the co. there were a couple 10-Ks that spelled out in detail the events of the past year. There has not been another one of such detail for 2014. That is when FWDG actulay started growing into the business it is today.
Example would be the BC Indian JV proposed joint venture, anyone trying to investigate FWDG as to putting money out for shares is left hanging there on that one.
The URVape dividend from Sept of 2014, we are rapidly approaching 1 year and no S1 to finalize that. Here again with no info, explanation of why will keep investors from buying shares.
Another red flag is the law suite filed against Mr. Short & others in March, there is no update on that, I realize specifics cannot be discussed but some information like depositions are ongoing etc.
Now at the last minute, second, you change auditors and the all important 10-Q is delayed.
This latest, CB Scientific just signed with a major Pharmacogenetic company which will place our product Nationwide. If you have signed then tell us what product, you have many, its once again nebulous and 'soon'.
You use facebook as your main mouthpiece so why don't you go thru your 8_ks and address all the open ended issues, there are a lot of those.
I do not choose to call you as those questions need to be answered by you in a public forum rather than me post 'I just got off the phone with'.....there is no credibility in that, I am just another poster who may or may not own any shares and what is my agenda....etc.
I am commited to FWDG, I have all my 'stock' money on FWDG, you guys have real revenue from products and again Talari buying close to 10 million shares on the open market shows he has confidence.
Repetiveness? hell yeah, put the open issues to rest or address them on facebook and keep it updated, on forums like this answer questions and also point them to facebook where the whole story is.
You guys are terrible salesmen when it comes to selling FWDG. Like I said go back thru all your filings and tie up loose ends.
A good example is what you did when the infrax deal became a libility and you unwound it.
You need people to buy shares, your business model is to incubate, delvelope and spinoff and reward your shareholders. That carrot has been dangling there a long time. Give us a frikin carrot and we will be here for a long time...
