A year ago I asked Joel why same people in the other board questioning him about his honesty calling him a scam, liarjoel, idiot etc. To me these people are so angry with him that I really tried to put logic into what is the reason. I came to a conclusion that these are business partners or investors that lost money before Joel came to MNGG and wants to warn Joel that he won't be able to continue same as usual. I defended Joel to the teeth because he seems to be an honest person with plans laid down to everybody for success.
Since then Joel made promises that I believed will uplift the company to greater heights in the near future believing all his words. Tried to be patient due to other boards reporting to government agencies state and local. But as a CEO you have to anticipate everything and be prepared to solve that problems in the earliest time possible to proceed to the plan envisioned. However only promises were made and another promise speculated yet so far it's not happening. I still give Joel one more chance for the last time to make it right to fulfill his promise. Good luck Joel.
