You and others alike have conviently always left out one glaring and important fact: Third party interference with company operations. Have you ever come across a stock that has had the amount of third party interference like this one? Have you had to deal with a company being reported on a daily by disguised callers mostly on frivoulous charges? Have you seen the abuse of state regulatory agencies to halt operations like you have seen in this stock? Deadlines were issued, and some were missed. Some based mistakes by Joel, but mostly from the reasons listed above. Those issues are very hard to deal with and interfer with the deadlines. I suggest you take this into account every time you post. I certainly have, and it has given me a little of patience than others on the deadline issue.
