WNC- you should not compare the NTEK valuation to THCZ. Two different business area. Since NTEK is tech company needs to be compare to another Tech company like NETLIx or others. For example netflix has P/s equals to 8.5 or Apple which is a huge company has 3.5 PS ratio. Smaller companies or mid cap companies tend to have much higher PS ratio lets say anything above 8. Larger companies due to their size tend to have much less PS ratio. That is why Apple has PE ratio of 16 which is crazy low with mentioned ps ratio above. Those numbers are listed in yahoo as of yesterday.
