NanaBelle talk about a crazy valuation compare between
THCZ and NTEK.
THCZ has a current mkt cap over $50Million and they
will be doing good if they do $7Million revenues in the
next 12 months. In other words they trade over 7X forward
revs.
NTEK in comparison trades less than $8Million mkt cap
and should easily do $25Million revs from July 2015 to July 2016.
In other words NTEK trades @ 1/3X forward revs ?????!!!!!!
Clearly something has got to give. Either THCZ valuation has to
come down dramatically or NTEK has to go up dramatically.
Historically any company in normal growth mode like
THCZ and NTEK will trade about 3X forward revs which
is exactly what NTEK was trading @ to begin this year
so its clear as long as NTEK shows it continues to grow
it will go back to that 3X valuation before the year is out.
