Amazing that Netflix is trading at a P/E of over 210 and Apple is trading at a P/E of 16. Just goes to show how overvalued that company is right now and will come crashing down very hard.
All Ultraflix has to do is earn a small portion of the pie, they are not sub based so the profit margin is higher and the studios see it as a win for them as well. In addition, Ultraflix will have first run 4K movies to offer via stream way before Netflix can even think of getting their hands on them.
The potential here for gains is significantly higher.
