but i've posted about this since last March
imo ECO tested whatever they needed *tested* in the back half of 2013
i have no doubts that *monies* would have transferred by the first week of May
except *imo*
the 2nd buyer in P2O's queue impacted P2O's first buyer
i have no idea how or why but i'm convinced that there was some impact
based on 2.23.15's PR out of RH >> which literally reiterated what RH
noted in prior Nov's update (linked to) and i don't see RH expending one
cent on a PR that all P2O investors *knew* .. unless there was another reason
my take remains that something was significant .. which *fits* with RH's 5.5.15
update where he discusses size of this buyer re: a southern state
which again i suspect is *conservative* which is wise
that said imo as i've also noted a few x previously .. it will be beyond ironic
if the *northern state* >> which i suspect is NYS >> winds up being the first
purchaser of P2O's prox (cluster)
what i'm looking for isn't *another orchestrated* RUN with the *entities' auto reset back DOWN* >> on PTOI
i put nothing past those who manipulate .. which is why RH's articulation and transparency of what can be ..
goes a long way to allowing PTOI (stock) and P2O (co) to transition out of the OTC cesspool
