I am sorry is Big Papa, an employee of a company where he is not paid?
If the company uses share instead of Cash, and Then Uses the Cash to Expand their Business..
Again that is NOT DILUTION... it is SMART BUSINESS
AND BEST USE OF THEIR ASSETS!
