PSGR...where should this stock be in 90 days? MY O
Post# of 1517
Presuming that assay results indicate a viable and mineable ore body, the next step in the journey to production may be inhibited by the northern Nevada weather. Frankly, it is damn cold where the Marcos Project is and snow can pile up. Lottsa snow. I am not certain how Pershing Resources has addressed this issue BUT I am hopeful that Pershing Resources does not attempt a sleight of hand and redirects us to the Kingman, AZ properties. After all, the focus has been on the Nevada claims for the past many months.
So, where does all of this leave the investor? For both the long time share holder and the new investor, I am certain that the stress level has increased over the past few weeks as share price has dropped and Pershing Resources has offered nothing more than updates of anticipated production. Promises, speculation and hope do little if anything for the psyche of an investor. Pershing Resources must provide frequent and current mine status information. The investor already knows where the claims are located. The investor already knows the results of PRIOR assays. The investor already knows the names of the Board members. What the investor requires is current facts with respect to the activities at the claims' sites. I have long stated that investors maintain patience when viewing the potential long term returns of PSGR. Pershing Resources should provide a time schedule for project completion. Apparently the finances are available to conduct the ore sampling and assays. Personnel are in place. Probable ore bodies have been identified through drilling (bore holes) and historical data. Bottom line: either the claims have sufficient mineable precious metals or they don't. I have always advocated PATIENCE for this stock. PATIENCE will remain in place until October at which time Pershing Resources should have completed ALL required assay sampling and testing. Until October, Weekly Press Releases should be provided by Pershing Resources to keep the investor informed. I suggest that investors take a few minutes and contact the office of Pershing Resources and let them know that current and accurate information is required by the investors...make that: Investors DEMAND that current and accurate information is provided on a weekly basis. PATIENCE....But the clock stops ticking in October.
