PSGR...Looking a bit towards the future. MY OPINION: On June 30, 2015, Pershing Resources Company, Inc. issued a Press Release (PR) that noted the initiation of small scale precious metals ore milling and testing near Kingman, Arizona (see Pershing Resources Company, Inc. website for complete PR). The PR stated that 60 to 90 days was the projected period to ascertain and publish results of the testing. Additionally, a method referred to as 'sonification' is to be used during the test period. I am not familiar with this technique and remain both curious and skeptical about its effectiveness for the 'extraction' of precious metals. More clarification from Pershing Resources is necessary to establish the viability of this technique.
The testing period and the resultant assays SHOULD be conducted in a manner that prevents any question of results. Specificity, as it pertains to 1) Exact locations of ore samples and dimensions of sample area(s) 2) Clarification as to whether samples are surface or subsurface samples 3) Whether samples are composite samples or individual samples 4) Identification of both an independent company that gathers, transports and documents the number of samples submitted for assay by a certified Analytical Laboratory and the name and location of the certified Assay Laboratory with dates of testing and test procedures 5) The assay results for the specific precious metal(s).
Investors should receive updates on the status of the testing, i.e. Samples gathered on (date), transported on (date), assays begun (date)...the posted results will be self evident.
