Agreed, the PPS is way tooooo low even without any significant announcements. And it seems filing complaints with the SEC falls on deaf ears!!!
And yes the shorts/manipulators have already made millions on NTEK, and have been granted an excessive amount of time to cover.
IMO, the MM's are keeping the price down and loading as much as they can in the .008's/.009's. I would also gamble to say that many shorts are now accumulating to flip.
According to NTEK and others there are big announcements/PR's very close to being announced. When you take that into consideration along with technical analysis, good execution by NTEK, and the already very undervalued stock, I think we can anticipate a pretty big run/correction to the positive side!
