PTOI's SS is to be envied @ the 6 year level on the OTC
most *surviving* OTC stox would have 1 to 2 BILLION IO
with the requisite R/S in place pre uplisting that would be *re-shorted*
we get that master has angst and needs *legit* shares sold besides Seneca's *cert*
not happening which is why volume avgs are where they are .. even with *wash trading by the crew*
guess master will have to wait for those 12,500 PTOI shares daily ..
