Yes, RH is 'funding ops' by selling millions of shares lately. Mostly in the 5 and 10 cent denominations
What RH has not done in nearly 2 years though is 'fund ops' personally.
It makes a nice story though to keep suggesting he is currently doing so still to keep this company afloat.
RH seems to be over personally funding, after his initial $3 million was burned through unbelievably fast in 2013.
