R/S was never mentioned as a done deal, it was just brought up to see what his plan was. His plan is to continue with buybacks in the future, but for now, the money is best served to get all the Form 10, seder, and chill issues resolved. Those issues are very important not only for legitimacy of the company, but also for the company to build shareholder value.
Expansion of all existing mining operations is Joel's goal in the next 6 month time table. His time and resources are devoted to our two operational mines. I think that is a great strategy from which will have a very positive effect on the growth and value of the company.
It was a basic question and answer session. Just seeing shareholder sentiment. The only problem that will continually persist with this stock is the flipper problem. Until you get to the big board, flippers will artificially manipulate the stock up and down. Was in a stock that was being crushed by their games, which lead to an eventually big R/S to get to the big boards.
Time will tell, but right now Joel is dead set on expanding current operations and solidifying the foundation of the company. I think he has done a damn good job in that arena.
