Please no RS of shares. Keep original plan. Produce gold. More gold the better. More buybacks. Audited financial statements. Income reinvestments; eg existing plant expansions; new mines; staff hiring as necessary. Resolve projects in arrears; eg removal of DTCC (Depository Trust Clearing Corporation) chill on MNGG stock; removal of Canadian CTO (cease trade order).
Proponents of RS would take away your unique attraction: Shares Buyback! Aside from your being gold-hunting guru.
I have been in this deadly treacherous hobby called "stock market" for 30 years. Never have I come across pennytock CEO earnestly pursuing shares buyback to strengthen stock price for benefit of shareholders like you are doing.
Yes! RS does retain same proportion of ownership for shareholders. However, from experience for smallcap stock MNGG, price would erode faster than sand paper on abrasive surface. RS works best for big companies (eg banks), medium size companies; but seldom for small companies.
Refrain from unrealized promises and missed deadlines. This change would restore shareholders confidence and boost morale. Would also attract new investors.
Once again, no reverse split. Stick with buyback. This plan sets you a "breed apart" CEO in pennystock world.
