Hi Dan,
I'm an NTEK investor. And the company's silence has been very frustrating lately. Are there any staffing changes expected at the company in the near future? If so, which positions? In light of David Foley's "sabbatical," are there plans to hire an interim CTO? If so, who/when? Are any of the board of directors expected to take on additional responsibilities soon?

Hi R,
We understand and will be addressing the company very shortly. No staffing changes. David has been handing off day to day involvement in the development of the product since last year. Currently he has no involvement in the coding of the product. We have two senior people in Carl and Blake programming the UltraFlix, plus support programmers doing back end tools. LX is handling all of the studio operations and content conversion. Aaron is handling all of the business development. David’s role has been relegated to coming up with our 2017 technology plan. He has already laid out our development plans for the next two years.
