I'll provide a list of my questions, and hopefully you can go over them in the conference call next week. I'll be unable to attend due to my work schedule, but am hoping you'll upload a recording of the call so I can listen to it later.
Question 1: Assuming that mining operations from Ghana & Keystone are to provide healthy revenue for the company in the long run - where do you see the company mining next? If there is not another mining claim to pursue, will the company expand production capabilities through an increase in man-hours, man power, and or equipment additions / upgrades?
Question 2: Do you have any intentions to reverse split the share structure in 2015 and / or 2016?
Question 3: While seeing your commitment to shareholder value by the reduction of Outstanding & Authorized shares, the question is raised - What will your financing be based from, organic profits or through convertible promissory notes? Each option provides it's own set of positives & negatives, one being a slow rate of company growth while keeping shareholders happy - and the other allowing for the company to rapidly expand business operations while affecting shareholder return via convertible dilution.
Question 4: Are you being paid a salary, and or what is your stake of ownership in the company? The reason I ask, is I want to personally understand your incentive & action towards the share price.
Question 5: Due to the delays associated with u.s govt mining permit red tape, will the company post pone future mining operations (*excluding Keystone*) in the U.S and focus on a global approach? If not, is there another route for the company to legally mine here in the U.S without being subject to the lengthy permitting process?
Question 6: 2014 had its ups & downs, mainly associated to the delays with Congress & Keystone. Now with the company successfully mining & processing, do you feel confident in the company growing and getting bigger from here on out?
Question 7: Can you provide more high-definition & longer video footage of operations in Ghana / Keystone? I would like to see the assets that the company owns, employees that work for you, and mining claims more in depth.
Thank you for reading through all of these questions. I am hoping 2015 will be a fruitful year for the company & one day - shareholders alike.
