While I will readily admit I have no experience in a public company and how it is run you will have to admit that neither does Brett. And that is the rub, he took it to where he had experience and expertise to and now is spinning his wheels because just like you state --- no experience with a public company, if it is true for me then it is obviously true with Brett.
My experience with owning and running businesses maybe, just maybe puts me in a little different light than Brett. Have you ever stayed up nights wondering if you are going to lose everything over a business deal? Just asking. Bret needs to realize his limitation and get "in the industry" people involved. He CANNOT do it all himself. He simple does not have the training, knowledge or experience you elude to.
Even though you might not want to admit it we are both heading down the same path. you say I am not "experienced in this particular type company or industry" and I also am saying Brett is not "experienced in this particular type company or industry".
A very simple question. What makes you think that Brett has the proper training, knowledge and experience to run a public company or a medical devise company? I admit I do not, how does he qualify?
"Surround yourself with the best" is not an idle quote...
