Not a myth, but instead a reality that the miscreants want to hide from the layman shareholders. With respect to CMKM, MM Jeffries admitted IN WRITING their FTD exposure to the tune of 111 billion shares in CMKX after the stock was halted, and a certificate pull was initiated. I never heard if/how they were penalized. A simple Google search of the CMKX/Jefferies letter proves that the myth is real...
IMO, it's still too early to label Marani as an investment scam. However, if Margrit's next move is to enact an RS then that would prove to me she is working with the miscreants. Her silence can be interpreted two ways, that being, she doesn't care about shareholders, or she is trying to minimize sabotage by those on a mission to make Marani fail. We shall see very soon which it is..
