There will always be entities wanting companies like Marani to fail. Such entities may be competitors, toxic financiers, and/or miscreants using an illegal short scheme, ect... IMO, Margrit being tight lipped about recent developments, new clients, and associates, may be to protect the company from deliberate sabotage by these miscreants. Therefore, it is very possible that Margrit will drop a news bomb on the miscreants once she feels the company is secure enough to do so.
The release of the previous financials was what stopped the pps from moving out of the trips as it revealed short term maturing debt obligations. I'm sure she knew the timing of releasing the previous financials was going to have a negative impact on the pps, but she chose to fulfill her filing obligation.
However, what we don't know is details of Bodie's settlement, and how it may have affected the coming maturing debt obligations. Volume activities since that announcement, back in February, have been mostly positive. Insiders have not been selling. Therefore, something is missing here. Either Margrit is working with the miscreants, or she is one very smart CEO that is waiting for the right moment to unleash news that will propel the pps much higher.
