In my opinion there should never be another mention of legal actions in all communications. Quit pulling an empty gun! If legal action is planned let it be a surprise when they are served. The posting on ihub all started over a threat of legal action. why? Such threats have never worked in the past.

Apart from a number of issues in the text itself that creates significant

"created" date that is in fact after the email is noted as being sent by
Mr. Villiotis. The company has provided this email to Mr. Villiotis who
categorically denies its authenticity.

Again, you have failed to provide the company with any proof of
consideration validating your claim. You have however repeatedly spread
false claims against the company both publicly and privately, attempted to
suppress the company's stock through manipulation, threatened attacks
against the company to a number of its shareholders of which we have been
provided via screen shots, attempted to extort and blackmail the CEO,
repeatedly harassed him through telephone calls and text messages and have
attempted to defraud the company. Therefore, please know that the company
rejects your request and will proceed in the civil and criminal action
being taken against you.
