largest outlays are not cash based but rather are stock financed and amortization etc
so they can reduce cash outlays to ca 120k/qtr
the 159k/income/yr on an annualized basis- assuming income last qtr 2014 was same as average of 1st 3 quarters- is 4.08 times more than the previous year -dont know why this is repeatedly ignored by some as most co's would kill for this increase
as i said a long time ago if they repeated that progress for the next year they would be cash flow positive
as i've repeatedly explained in detail doing jv's right takes time,as does breaking thru established supplier relationships in the many markets NNLX has entered the last couple years
costs have apparently been curtailed to avoid toxic financing during the transition to net income
lengthy silent periods are common to NDA's during negotiations and long stretches without co communication is common to pennies
resistance to new suppliers -products is nothing new- waiting for the breakthrough
doctors didnt even recognize the existence of germs despite their earlier discovery until almost WW1- and thus would go from working on a cadaver to delivering a baby without washing their hands
finally somebody in a position of authority at a hospital forced doctors to wash their hands-the results were so dramatic-e.g., no more 70% baby mortality,that all hospitals started adopting such procedures
humans without realizing it are barely above contemplating their naval and they have a great amount of resistance to
positive delivering change while ironically embracing destructive change-
if JV's dont work out- and its way too early to write them off- NNLX will have to find that equivalent of the admin who will be able to introduce NNLX's products to a hospital- then when a dramatic difference is noted others will begin following suit for reasons noted before
biotechs are not my area but in almost all sciences it takes time just for discoveries to filter down to the university level-where there is great resistance to such for political etc reasons- and usually even greater resistance/ignorance by the public at large
so its a GIVEN that it takes time to bring such knowledge to the awareness of various people groups and overcome their resistance and current supplier relationships-this should not surprise anybody
