I'm not sure all of it was a "screw up". All we have is Ihub and Ihangout for DD and most of what I read is BS or useless DD. We had speculation back in early 2014 and we still have that same speculation only with products and websites and especially "lessons learned". I've spoken to a couple others who have spoken with Cruz. The guy is tight lipped and I get the impression as others do that he is arrogant. If he can develop a successful real estate business then he knows business fundamentals. If Cruz wants his money back and David O. wants income from GRCU then they both require a positive cash flow. The filings clearly state that David O's deal requires a positive cash flow before realizing any income. Cruz hasn't touched the share structure and the merger has been delayed but not cancelled. I believe the dividend just mentioned in the last PR is also part of the merger and SS reorganization. I believe that the SS will be reduced and the added value from Green Cures (private company) is what will get this business going. Cruz and David O. are obviously in no hurry but are taking baby steps to keep debt low and the SS untouched IMO.
