Maybe lend the company more monies in exchange for additional restricted shares. This guy doesn't need chump change that .0008 would get him on his 22mm shares. Whatever the guys incentives are; it makes little sense to simply quit. He and silent partner David O. started GRCU for a reason. I'm assuming they want it to work and have learned some lessons whether intentional lessons for not. The last year and first year in business could have been placed aside just for test marketing different products and forums. They could be adjusting accordingly and taking steps for phase 2 of the plan. Otherwise I can't make any sense of what they were doing during their first year in business.
