Actually, if they were to spend ~$200k to get the audits in place I'd bet we could get that money back quickly with the type of investors that would see NTEK as a committed company.
The last time management showed potential expenses related to audited financials was in late Dec 2013 for the 2014 Forecast, where they allocated $135k allocated.
I'm sure there're many people that haven't touch NTEK because of this; we could've been trading higher.
