Here we go again, and like I said, meet the new ki
Post# of 2009
I was starting to break down and respond to each paragraph, but what's the damned point? Once again, platitudes and "soon." Trust us that lots of things are in place. We promise. You believe that right? I mean, we've been so reliable and honest with you in the past! We did tell you we were giving you shares to split off the new company, and then immediately made them worth 1/10th of the value by adding 10 times the shares before you could even touch them. In fact, you still don't have your shares. How do you like them apples? You'll get them...soon.
Utter nonsense. They are a tech company that can't manage to get their own tech working right and every deployment we have heard about, not one of them has been on time or without major issues. I can't even imagine what kind of chaos it must be like to work there. They not only need a CFO (which will never happen because there is no way someone will hinge their career on what has to be some practices that are likely legal but not exactly respectable) but they need some project managers to make sure that whatever they are working on actually gets done under a deadline. We've been saying over and over again that audited financials are an absolute must, and like Tonto said, they are never going to happen. The only hope we have at this point, is that they actually manage to produce the product they say they will (is that a crapshoot?) or that the company gets bought out by someone that really knows how to run a tech company.
Jesus Christ I sound like a damned basher at this point, but FFS how god damned hard is it to tell people what is going on?! We invested our money into your company. The job of the CEO is to run the company *and* be the face of communication to the investors. I've said it before and I'll say it again, because they prove it time and time again; these guys don't give a crap about their investors. Am I going to sell? Yes. And it's going to be much earlier than I ever expected because what I expected these guys to be, they are not that company anymore. There is no way they are ever going to be the technology king I thought they were going to be. Don't give me a bunch of crap about selling my shares now either. If you don't like what I'm saying, get the hell off this board. I will sell when I am ready and it's going to be far sooner than I originally intended. But the fact of the matter is, I don't trust them anymore. They DO NOT have the backs of the investors. They have their own backs and that is it. Here's to hoping those pumpers are right that a buyout is in the future some day.
